One of the things I like to do most is to create food!  Not only food that is good for you but food that tatses great and is visually appealing.  While it’s true that I just signed to have my second book published, I need to make sure my skills of creating restaurant quality food don’t diminish while I toil away in front of my computer!  What better time to hold a Raw Brunch Menu at my old restaurant Raw Aura Cuisine

I have created a special 3 course Gourmet Raw Brunch to be held on Sunday August 19th.  Along with the 3 courses come your choice of Alcoholic or Non Alcoholic Drink. There will be two seatings, one at 11:00am and one at 1pm, I highly reccomend that you reserve in advance as space is limited, Raw Aura is very intimate!  I want to give a very special thank you to Mandi Gould from Health Nuts Raw Vegan Nut cheeses for supplying me with some very unique aged Macadamia Gouda for the appetizer.  If you have not tried this stuff you do not know what you are missing out on, it is to die for!
