Here’s the deal:
During the month of January, proceeds from all purchases of my melt-in-your-mouth Peanut Butter Fudge infused with raw cacao fondue will be donated to Wishing Well Farm Sanctuary! Enjoy wholesome, organic, plant-based fudge, while also helping an animal thrive in their forever home.
As a charitable organization, all donations assist in feeding and caring for the animals at the Sanctuary, and help fund programs for youth and families who would otherwise not be able to visit.
Why Wishing Well Farm Sanctuary?
Wishing Well is a farmed animal sanctuary located just 45 minutes from my Public Kitchen in Toronto, near Bradford, Ontario. It is the forever home for ducks, horses, pigs, goats, sheep, cows, chickens, and more. You can visit the sanctuary and meet the animals, which is an invaluable, healing, educational, and beautiful experience that I highly recommend.
Why am I doing this?
I am a vegan chef with a fierce commitment to health and organics. I believe that supporting organizations that serve our community, like Wishing Well… is good for each and every one of us, and good for the environment and certainly good for the animals, too. I want to give back to our community and bring people together for good! Wishing Well serves such an important role in fostering compassion for all animals – they deserve life, our love and for us to eat more kale!
