I’ve got big news.
I’ve got a case of Stockholm Syndrome…
By the time you’re reading this, I’ll have landed in Stockholm, Sweden to get back to work veganizing the Radisson Blu Royal Park Hotel! I can’t wait to see everybody again, and to continue turning this gorgeous and historic hotel into a leading world-class plant-based destination.
This time around, I’ll be focusing on creating plant-based conference menus, so that all of the business executives and professionals who spend time there will see how amazing plant-based food can be. This is a really great opportunity to extend the vegan message to groups of people who may have never considered it before, so I’ll be making sure every dish is as impressive as possible.
I’ll also be expanding the popular plant-based brunch menu that we launched last month. People are loving it so far, but you know me! Always looking for more ways to improve in everything I do! I’ve got a few more tricks up my sleeve to show the kitchen crew, and I’m really looking forward to passing on more of my knowledge.
We’ve got a VIP promotional event scheduled for Thursday, October 3rd, so we can showcase all of the work we’ve done transforming the hotel into a luxurious plant-based haven to the media. It’s so amazing that we have the opportunity to promote a vegan lifestyle to the world. After all, as we all know, often the best way to someone’s heart is through their stomach! If we can get people to start thinking about how good a plant-based diet looks and tastes, we are one step closer to opening their hearts to veganism.
Plus, I’m extra excited to be going back just in time for their plant-based Oktoberfest! There’s going to be tons of great vegan beer, food and live music, and I can’t wait to be a part of it.
Relaunch of the New Mythology’s beloved brunch!
