Top 5 Vegan Chefs Revolutionizing Food!

I don’t know about you, but I have always been a huge fan of Vegnews magazine. For me it has always been the People Magazine of the vegan world! What is new, what is trending, the latest fashion and food advice and more.   

Funny enough, about 11 or 12 years ago I was interviewed in veg news magazine in an interview about being “Vegansexual.”  It was a term at the time referring to vegans only dating vegans, something I was very open about at the time. 

The one and only Erykah Badu was on the cover and I was so excited to be a part of my favourite magazine. I was working at my first stickily vegan cooking job and raced in excited showing everyone my crowning achievement!

Flash forward to today, and I am honoured and thrilled to be named one of Vegnews magazines top 5 Vegan Chefs Revolutionizing Food!

Named alongside some of the world’s best, this is an accomplishment I am proud of, and not only use it to push myself forward, but with hopes to inspire more young chefs wondering if there is a stage for true vegan cuisine.
